Pattaya: Day 3 (Masjid Nurul Yaqeen, Pattaya Dolphinarium, Pattaya View Point)

Salam & hi! 

It's me again, being rajin, updating about my last year's trip to Pattaya.

On our 3rd day in Pattaya, we decided to go for dolphin show! 

To be honest, the 3 of us has never seen any dolphin all these while. And we were so excited to show Rifqi, real dolphins. And Rifqi himself, also very excited to watch the show! 

Pattaya: Day 2 (Pattaya Floating Market, Central Pattaya & Dinner at Beach Road)

This is the continuation of the Pattaya trip, took place on January, earlier this year....

Gonna update on the 2nd part of day-2 .

As from my previous post, we visited the Nong Nooch Botanical Garden in the morning, and we straight away commute to 2nd attraction we saw on our way, Pattaya Floating Market.

Pattaya : Day 2 (Sunset Coffee Roaster & Pattaya Nong Nooch Botanical Garden)

During the 2nd day, early in the morning, we're up early, tetiba jadi early risers, as we're so excited to explore Pattaya... 

We had our breakfast in our room, we're having cereals, halal bread (from 7-Eleven), and all sorts of snacks we brought (and bought from 7E).

To be frank, it is not hard to get halal food from Pattaya, Thailand; but it is not as easy, too...

But since we were to start our day early, we just grab breakfast in our hotel room! 

Our PLANNED destination for the day was Nong Nooch Botanical Garden, and we gonna get there, by grab! 

But, on the way to Nong Nooch, we saw the Tiger Park & Floating Market were on the same route so in our mind we decided to just go whichever we managed to, after finish with Nong Nooch...

Haaa ni nak cerita ni, most of the grab we got here, in Pattaya, semuanya EV, so cool! 

Sungguhpun kat Malaysia tak mampu, kat sini naik EV je aku 😂

Pattaya : Day 1 (Mera Mare Pattaya & Pattaya Beach Road)

Those who have been following my insta feed & insta story should have known, that I went to Pattaya on JANUARY this year 😆! Thus, yes, it is a late late post!!!

Here I am, updating! 

First thing first, why Pattaya? 

Well if you followed my blog, I did update on an event, ALC Fashion Gala (click), where, I won a pair of Air Asia flight tickets. Thanks to Thai Tourism, and thanks to Zahira (click to see her blog) whom invited me to the event 😝 

Eventho the air tickets I won only covered for the base fare (doesn't include all the insurance, because I did not won the main prize) , but nevertheless, it is an opportunity we don't want to missed! Bangkok can wait! Pattaya adventures were spectacular, too!!!

Trip to Pangkor Island: Avi Pangkor Beach Resorts, Pantai Pasir Bogak & Snorkelling in Pangkor

Few months back, we went to Pangkor Island, for a vacation.

My last visit to Pangkor, was, approximately, 12 years ago😝

This time 'round , we choosed AVI Pangkor Beach Resorts for our stay...

A lot lotsss of changes here, definitely!

But however, there're still lots of things doesn't change, and one thing for sure, the beach of this island, is still untouched, the sands are beautiful as ever, and the water is as clear as crystal💜

Penang: Day 4 (Haji Cendol & Coconut Shakes, Penang Bird Park)

And finally, it's our last day in Penang.

Hmmm, i dont want to go back :( I'll miss out a lot of foods :((

So in the morning, after we had our buffet breakfast at the hotel, Rifqi and his papa had a morning swim, before we started our day.

Penang: Day 3 (Entopia Butterfly Farm, Hameediyah Restaurant, Lagenda Cafe,Padang Brown Foodcourt Penang Street Art)

It was our last day in Feringhi so we spent the whole morning at the pool and the beach.

Eventhough the weather that morning was bad at first, Alhadulillah it got better throughout the morning...

And we went to a lot of places today, but Entopia was Rifqi's favourite of course 

(Hameediyah was my favourite lol, it's all about food)

So, there you go... Day 3 in Penang...

Penang: Day 2 (Restoran Deen Nasi Kandar, Penang Hill, The Little Village, Long Beach Massage, Pak Mid Cafe)

2nd day in Penang, full of excitement.

Biasalah bercuti memang macamtu kan, first day, tenang setenang air yang tenang (eh), 2nd day, macam konon nak pulun... 

So that morning, after a scrumptious breakfast at Garden Cafe, Golden Sands Resorts, we, of course, spent some times at the beach and pool first, and after that get ready to go out.

The plan for that day was just, Penang Hill or Bukit Bendera.

Penang: Day 1 (Restoran Kapitan, Gurney Drive Foodcourt)

Salam and hello again Penang.

I'm so glad that I gotta be in Penang once again with my lil family.

Penang has always been our favourite getaway, because in Penang, we can have it all!

Beach, foods, places etc.

So went there on a Sunday and spent 4 days on the island. 

Since we're there on working days, everything was so easy and not crowded. 

Restoran Kapitan, Lebuh Chulia

On the first day, we departed from home around 9am, and reached Penang around 2pm.

And we straight away look for a place to have lunch.

We pass through Hameediyah Restaurant & Deen Maju Restaurant in Georgetown, but the line seems long, and our tummy couldnt wait any longer. So we decided to have lunch in somewhere less crowded. Kapitan Restaurant seems comfortable, so we headed there.

Of course, when we're in JB, we took the opportunity to eat, eat and eat.

As a pure Johorean, i totally miss every single Johor foods that i used to had in my hometown.

In my hometown, Segamat, i can always have lontong, soto, mee rebus, mee kari etc for breakfast in most of the warung there.

And the Segamat Beriani Gam, is one of the special dish that stays in my heart and mind, always.

Once we reached JB, we googled what's best to fill up our stomach for lunch.

Nasi Beriani sounds good after the long journey, and most of the website suggested Roslin Nasi Beriani which located at Kebun Teh.

At first, i thought it was beriani gam, like usually served in Johor, but it wasn't.

Despite of my dissapointment, the mouth watering beriani totally put a smile on my face.

We ordered one Lamb Beriani and one Chicken Beriani, and one Soto Nasi for Rifqi.

Every single element served on our table melts in the mouth.

The tenderness of  the chicken and the lamb is fall-of-the-bone were totally memorable.

The soto was really nice, too!

Will definitely comeback for more whenever we're in JB in the future.

Universal Studio Singapore 2019

Maybe i never mentioned anywhere in this blog before, Rifqi loves Sesame Street so much! And he knows every characters in Sesame Street.

That's why his papa has been wanting to take his son to the Universal Studio so much.

So we decides, January is the best time.

We traveled there with a travel agency, so we have to gather early in the morning to catch our bus.

But this time, the agency were really dissapointing. 

Ignore that, lets get back to the USS.

Rifqi slept all the way in the bus. And when he opened his eyes, we already in front of the USS.

I think he knows what to expect, 'cause he has been to Disneyland before, so the surrounding of the entrance is more or less the same.

He's exciting and try to look around, eventhough he's still sleepy.

First thing i did when we reach is, take a photo in front of the USS Globe; and second, i changed Rifqi's diapers in the ladies, there's a baby changing table there.

Langkawi : Day 5(Haji Ismail Group, Idaman Suri, Rams)

Bayview Hotel, Langkawi

Maybe i havent mentioned anywhere, for our last night in Langkawi, we stayed nearer to town.
Bayview was our choice.
Nice breakfast, nice room and nice pool (eventho it was hot)... Everything's good!

He sure knows how to enjoy hotel.

Langkawi : Day 4(Laman Padi, Skycab, Oriental Village)

Laman Padi

After departed from our hotel, we headed here.

Our hotel is in Cenang area so it is nearer to go to places in Cenang first.

Laman Padi, it is just a place we used to go many many years ago.

I've been to Langkawi 3 to 4 times before this. 

And during 2001 and 2007 i think, this place is still manageable.

We skipped this place when we visited Langkawi in 2014.

And here we are, 2018, Laman Padi dah macam peninggalan zaman perang.

There was no one there, but since boleh masuk, we just, went in, and take a few pictures...

Yelah, Rifqi never been here.

But the paddy field still ok la, still insta worthy... haha...

Or maybe i salah sangka...

Maybe Saturday is their off day, that's why no one was there.

Only orang-orang was there...

Tuai padi antara masak, esok jangan layu-layuan; intai kami antara nampak, esok jangan rindu-rinduan...

Langkawi : Day 3 (Underwater World, Makan Mahsuri, Dataran Lang)

Morning swim

Just because yesterday Rifqi tak dapat swimming the whole day, his tokki tak puas hati.

Today, the main activity is, pool and beach, first thing first!

And since it's Friday, it was a relaxing day cause we'll start our visit after the guys perform their Solat Jumaat.

And yeayyy, Rifqi love to swim at the beach already! 

He knows how to enjoy the breeze and the sands! :)

Langkawi :Day 2 (Kilim Geoforest Park, Langkawi Wildlife Park, Cenang Nightmarket)

I've been checking on the weather forecast throughout our stay in Langkawi, and based on the forecast, only Thursday, won't be raining.

So, we set our itinerary right away, Thursday is Andaman Sea kinda day! 

Kilim Geoforest Park it is! 

Jangan yakin sangat dengan forecast, tak baik percaya ramalan, sepanjang kat Langkawi, tak hujan langsung... =.=

Langkawi : Day 1 (Arrival, Holiday Villa Resorts Langkawi)

We departed from KLIA 2 at 2.30 pm and reached Langkawi around 1 hour later.

Alhamdulillah for the safe flight.

Rifqi was exciting, 'cause now he know how to say 'aeroplane' already.

Kept on demanding us (including my parents), "nak naik aeoplane"...

And when he's on the plane, he'll shout out loud "Readyyy, goooo!" 

Nasib baik i bukan artis, malu mama tau sayang...:p

Taiping, Perak (Zoo Taiping, Salleh Stall Mee Udang Port Weld)

From Kota Bharu, we straight away headed to Taiping, cause my papa promised his grandson to take him to the zoo... Again... Fyi, this is Rifqi second time to the Taiping Zoo... Both times with his tokki... 

And we always choosed Novotel, 'cause that's the best hotel we know, in Taiping...

It is, indeed.

Kota Bharu, Kelantan

Went to Kelantan for hubs' friend's wedding.

And because my mama and papa loves to drive to Kelantan and loves to shop in Kelantan (applicable to me and mama), so they tagged along.

Well, as u all know the journey from KL to Kota Bharu takes a huge amount of time.

So we spent the whole Sunday, just to reach Kota Bharu.

Yelah, travel with kids kan, we have to stopped for a while and ya know, rest, makan-makan, lari-lari sekejap...That's why we departed at 11am and reached at 11pm, using the Gua Musang-Kuala Krai path.

Sampaikan, on our journey back, Iqi said "taknak naik kereta car, nak biwik"...

Biwik means bilik hotel. He loves to stay at the hotel. :p

Phuket : Day 3 (Island Hoping)

Island Hoping

Only surrounded by the oceans today.

For our package, we were in a shared speedboat to James Bond Island, Hong Island and Phang Nga Bay.
