Novotel, Taiping
From Kota Bharu, we straight away headed to Taiping, cause my papa promised his grandson to take him to the zoo... Again... Fyi, this is Rifqi second time to the Taiping Zoo... Both times with his tokki...
And we always choosed Novotel, 'cause that's the best hotel we know, in Taiping...
It is, indeed.
Novotel pool. Rifqi first time swimming by his own, with the help of the buoyer. |
Taiping Zoo
Here we go again, zoo, animals, kinda day...
Rifqi was very excited. And the weather was very appealing, too!
We took the train ride, like last time, 'cause all of us were too lazy to walk that much.
After the train stopped, we just have a walk around to look for Rifqi's favourite animals.
We took him to see the giraffe, zebra, elephants, hippos and various monkeys cages.
We cant really see tigers and the families. They might be sleeping...
And most of all, Rifqi enjoyed chasing the birds around the zoo.
The train ride |
Hello, again, elephants... We just met last year, remember? |
Muka tu, muka taknak jalan and nak mama dukung all the wayyy... sabarrr sabar... |
Greeting his favourite animals. |
One with mama. |
We were so lucky on that day, the hippos keeper just about to fed the hippos. And so nice of the uncle to let Rifqi fed the hippos, too! |
With the tallest creature. |

Salleh Stall Mee Udang Port Weld
Actually, we've never been to any other Mee Udang places in Kuala Sepetang, except for Mee Udang Mak Jah.
But guess what, we were so unlucky that day (it was a Tuesday) that Mee Udantg Mak Jah were closed.
Nasib baik tak pregnant kalau tak dah kempunan dah...
And the hawker that sell goreng pisang suggested us Salleh Mee Udang.
So we just go and have a try.
It was a nice bowl of mee udang, but i prefer Mak Jah.
I love's Mak Jah's gravy more, for me it was smoother.
As for Salleh Stall, it was nice, too. But it was a bit pricier.
