Natugee x Mrs Malaysia : "Healthy is the New Happy"


Assalamualaikum, and hi.

Ok last Sunday, I attended an event "Healthy is the New Happy" by Natugee, in colaboration with Mrs Malaysia.
And don't get me wrong, I'm not the new Mrs Malaysia anyway, not even close! Haha :p

So, this event was held at Furama Hotel, Bukit Bintang
And we had a splendid evening, absorbing knowledges while hi-tea-ing there.

That's me, future Mrs Malaysia, maybe, if my diet is successful, or if i even start on the said diet... =.= 






The Booths

Before the event started, i took the opportunity to walk around the hall and visit the booths set up by Natugee & The Asian Parents.

The Natugee staff let me tried their Deep Cleansing Lotion, Advanced Vitamin C Treatment, as well as the Anti Aging Power Moisterizer. They applied those on my hand, and I can see the different, where, my left hand was softer and more glowy than my other hand =.= 
(I think i'm in love with the Vitamin C Treatment cream)

While at the Asian Parent booth, i tried my luck with the wheel of fortune, I turned the wheel so hard, and managed to get myself a 5 days 4 night stays in Furama, no, i'm kidding, I got the cute little teddy by the Asian Parents, la! 
I love it! Lama tak dapat bear ;)

I was lucky enough getting the bear from the Asian Parents.
The bear that accompanied me throughout the event. 

The Buffet by Furama Hotel

Well, this is the most attractive (and dangerous) section, of course.
So colourful!
The buffet includes various cakes & tarts, yogurts, fruit kebab, some pastries, nuts and chips, and last but not least, salads...

The buffet is available throughout the event.
So, tak senang duduk lah semua di situ... eh ke I je?!





Before the conference ends, we were served with these canapes, loving the wrap, nasi lemak and noodles so much!

 The Sharing Sessions

The sessions were divided into 3 sub sections: 

Session 1 : A new formula for the happiness
By: Dr. Linda Mat Hassin
 ( A Certified Advances Hormone Theraphy & Women Wellness Medical Doctor)

Session 2 : Top 10 Misconseptions about skin care
By : Mdm Rena Rifaee (Founder of Natugee)

Session 3: Panels Discussion with the panelist
Panelists: Dr. Linda Mat Hassin, Madam Rena Rifaee, 
Datin Harveen Kaur  dan Datin Diana Danielle.


First, Dr Linda shared so many things about hormones and how it can affect our health and our lifestyles.
I did learnt a lot about how imbalance hormones do to our body, and it can be the reasons for weight gain and lose as well. Stress and anxiety can be caused by imbalance hormones too.
So, for us woman, it's very important to do the regular hormonal check.

The programme was continued with the next sharing session by the founder of Natugee, Mdm Rena Rifaee.
She wanted to share 10 Misconceptions about skincare, but narrowed her points into 5 main Misconceptions about skincare.

The main point she talked about was how to read labels.
Have u ever thought to read all those small small tiny words behind your items?
No right? Malas kannn... Me either!
But actually reading the labels can help u to choose the right products and protect u from any harmful chemical.

Our lifestyles also could impact our skin condition, such as our food intake, and physical activities.
Oily foods should be avoided, especially, because it can cause skin breakout.



The finale session was the panels discussions with the panelists.
This session was quite emotional, where, Mdm Rena & Diana Danielle started to share about their real life stories, on DEPRESSION

It make us all realizes on how important mental health is, and we, as woman, and as mothers especially, needed to take care of ourselves and do not ignore our own needs.

That's very very important, really...

Last but not least, thank u to the Asian Parents for the invitation, and i hope there will be more events like this that empower women and mothers.
