Last week, I gotta indulge myself at the Festive Dinner, 'A Culinary Delight', at Substance, Courtyard by Marriott KL South.

It was such an amazing night with my family, where we gotta spoiled ourselves into the amazing buffet spreads with so many choices of menu, during the Festive Dinner at Courtyard!

This time 'round, the buffet spread takes us to another level of indulgence where we were served with the culinary delight featuring festive favourites.

Menus like Succulent Turkey, classic Beef Wellington, and Salt-Baked Salmon, paired with merry desserts and hearty trimmings. will be served one at a time, meaning that, the menu might be vary from one night to another night.

This month, celebrate this Festive Season with a culinary delight featuring menus you could not resist!

Browsing thru the dinner buffet, I was so exciting seeing every tables serves with perfectly amazing culinary artisans. Starting from appetisers, varieties of main dishes of various cuisines, and at the corner were the amazing desserts and the chocolate fountain!

Seafoods, Sushis & Sashimi

A buffet at Courtyard KL South wouldn't be complete without their signatures: Seafood on ice, sushi & sashimi. This is what I've been looking for each time I visit Courtyard.

They're fresh, delicious & the qualities are top notch!

Main Dishes & Snacks

There were definitely a lot of food to choose from.

From western cuisine, Malay dishes, Chinese Dishes & Indian Dishes, all were there, served perfectly with white rice & flavoured rice.

My favourite would be their Sambal Jawa (from Malay dish section), Buttered Prawns (from Chinese Dish section) & the Aloo Rice from Indian Cuisine section.

Highlight of the 'Festive Dinner'

The highlight would be the perfectly seared trout & freshly cooked beef steaks.

Chicken Roulade is among my favourite, too! It tasted so delicious with the creamy sauce!

The sausages were nice too! Not your typical sausages ya!

And I totally loves how the fish were cook! Yummy! The cuts beef, were cooked to perfection, as well!

Their cakes, puddings, tarts etc, are so perfect! What make it more special this time, there's chocolate fountain! It gives a festive vibes and the kids definitely can wait to diggin'!
