Just wanna share, my experience, FOODIE experience, at Furama Selera Kampung Ramadhan Buffet preview last week.
Yelah, it is one month plus away from Ramadhan. So if u plan to take your family out for breakfasting, at the hotel especially, u should start doing the survey now, for the best price!!! Doesnt it? Early birds get the wormsss!
Local Dishes
Browsing thru the menu, I can see the buffet highlight authentic Malay Dishes. There are choices of white rice and Nasi Hujan Panas, ulam, sambal & kerabu; Malay lauks like Sambal Udang Petai, Ayam kuah Percik, Kambing Tumis Hitam Ala Mamak, Ikan Singgang etc.
Furthermore, there's also must-have-during-breakfasting, which is Bubur Lambuk, side by side with lemang, rendang, soto & Sup Ekor!!!
There're also varieties of fruits as appertizer (Muslim take fruits as starter ya, it a sunnah!)...

Besides local dishes, there are also choices of western food as well.
So I'll pick some dishes from this section for Rifqi. He always loves mushroom soup & buttered veges.
We also took some hot-from-the-wok pasta for Rifqi. We choose aglio olio that nigt...

"Langsung Dari Pemanggang" Section
Well, my husband loves this section the most!
He always just dissapear from the table, and out to look for his Kambing Bakar.
And we are so satisfied with the grilled dishes here.
There're so many choices, from lamb, chicken, beef, and so many selections of seafood!
I love their pari bakar & udang bakar so so much!
There're also chicken and beef sate as well!
Well, Rifqi and my husband loves sate... =.=

Assorted Desserts
And finally, desserts section!
Believe it or not, i took my desserts first instead of the others.
Loaded with choices, and i just dont know which one to pick.
There're Malay desserts such as Kuih Talam, Kuih Kasui, Bingka Ubi, Talam Sagu, Lompat Tikam, Bubur Kacang Hijau etc.
While there also plenty of cakes, puddings, creme brule, and macam2 lagi desserts english & french, tergeliat2 lidah kang nak sebut...
I love the choc lava cake so so much! The cupcakes too!

Belum pernah makan kat sini tapi menu nampak menarik sebab ada kuih kuih tradional

ReplyDeleteBella jarang berbuka kat lua grand2 macam ni. Dalam sebulan puasa tu may be adalah 2 kali plan dgn kawan2. tgk macam mana thun ni, mungkin boleh cuba di sini pula.

Sesekali berbuka puasa dengan menu selera kamphng memang sedap tau. Confirm bertambah makan tak pandnag kiri kanan dah sebab keunikna rasa yang ada pada menu selera kampung kan
ReplyDeleteKira di tengah banadar juga ni kannn...tengok harga sangat boleh beno makannya, menu pun banyak siap ada sambal petai wooo...kalau ada rezeki boleh cuba sini nanti..
