Last week, I managed to try out myself, the Simmer & Savour at Substance, Courtyard Lounge.
It was such an amazing time with my family, where we gotta indulge into amazing buffet spreads with so many choices of menu!

Signature Dishes
This buffet featuring five signature steamed dishes—including the popular Three-Flavour Steamed Fish and steamed chicken—alongside a buffet spread with seafood on ice during dinner, sushi, sashimi, and local and Western favourites.

Western Dishes
Buffet wouldn't be perfect without perfectly roast lamb. And the roast lamb here was tender & juicy, with many selections of sides including pasta, grilled veggies, delicious sauces and more!
Local Favourites
The local dishes here was served at its best! Malay rice and lauk-pauk; Indian cuisines such as Puree & varieties of curries, choices of Chinese dishes were also available.
I would love to highlight the Sooting Lemak dish & Ekor Masak Hitam (at the Malay dish section); Puree & Chicken Curry (at Indian dish section); and the Curry Laksa (at the Chinese dish section).
These are my favourite among many other dishes!
Desserts Sections
Lets get excited at the desserts counter with the tempting desserts, and also kids-friendly section including ice cream and self-made ais kacang.
You gotta try all the cakes available as each and every piece was so good!
