Copper Chimney

The menu

Copper Chimney served premium and authentic Indian Cuisine, using influences from North India.
Menu varies from appetisers, mains, and desserts, and also Indian traditional drinks.

But not to worry, their food tantalise Malaysians tastebuds, well!

Browsing thru the menu, I knew some of the dishes!
Some of the dishes are already familiar to us Malaysians, and some, I knew it from my favourite Hindi series, Crime Patrol 100 😅

The Food & the prices

During our visit, we ordered their best-sellers!
I was just so eager to try authentic Indian food and really hope their food fit my taste!

We started our dining experience with their appetiser, Chandni Chowk Chaat
Chandni Chowk Chaat is their famous street food, mixture of chick peas & spiced potatoes, layered with fresh yogurt & sweet and spicy chutneys.

As for main, we tried their Prawn Biryani & Chargrilled Chicken Tikka.
The portion is worth sharing!

I totally loveee the biryani!
Spiced prawns, cooked with saffron rice, just perfect!
The prawns were cooked to perfections, and the saffron rice were so soft, and flavourful!

And another highlight, definitely their Chargrilled Chicken Tikka!
The chickens were marinated with yogurt & spices, gave us the explosion of flavours inside our mouth, while having the chicken tikka! And the chicken was served with some special sauce!

For desserts, we tried their best selling, Gulab Jamun, golden fried milk dumplings, steep in rose-scented syrup. Gulab Jamun is a very famous desserts in India, and enjoyed by most of the Indians!

Drinks: Of course, I insist us to try the most popular & recommended drink, Mango Lassi!
And I did not regret my choice, at all!
The Mango Lassi, is sooooo good! Perfect blend of freshness, sweetness and creamy!

To conclude our culinary journey of the day, we finished up with some Masala Chai!
Masala Chai is Indian traditional favourite! Combination of milk tea and spice!
Refreshing!

Chandni Chow Chaat, RM24

Prawn Biryani, RM58

Chargrilled Chicken Tikka, RM36

Gulab Jamun, RM18

Mango Lassi, RM24

Masala Chai, RM12

The Ambience

The ambience here is cozy, very quiet and comfortable.
The whole environment is very exclusive, and the lighting adds the exclusivity to the place's outlook!
Perfect for celebrations too!

The staffs are friendly and very helpful.
Furthermore, the service here is fast, and the waiting time is also very short!

Overall Experience

In conclusion, I will come back for more!
I'm so satisfied with their food and the whole experience at Copper Chimney.
And Copper Chimney is one of my favourite restaurant, now!
