Assalamualaikum & hi!!!
When I gotta review Sos Tiga Rasa by Mahsuri (latest product by Mahsuri), alongside with their ever famous Sos Tiram, I already planning in my head that I would cook some kind of noodles or pasta.
And finally I choosed to try out Stir Fry Springy Noodles (Cause springy noodles are my favourite).
Also decided to include beef and Hokto Mushroom.
Hokto Mushroom is another element that I love 'cause it is tasty & also very healthy!
Plus, my family love it!
So, here's the recipe for 3-4 servings.
Stir Fry Noodles with Beef & Mushrooms
Ingredients
✔️Instant Noodles
✔️1 Clove Garlic- sliced
✔️1 Onion- sliced
✔️Chili Sauce- 1 table spoon
✔️Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce - 2 table spoon
✔️Mahsuri Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce- 1 table spoon
✔️Soy Sauce- Agak2 😆
✔️Beef Slices
✔️Hokto Bunapi & Bunashimeiji Mushroom
✔️Any Greens (i used Chives)
Directions
1. Pour hot water into the noodles to soften it, and put aside.
2. In a hot wok, heat 3 - 4 table spoon of cooking oil.
3. Saute the sliced garlics & onions until a lil bit brown, and insert the sliced beef and wait for 1-2 minutes.
4. Insert Hokto mixed mushrooms and stir well.
5. After that, pour the chilli sauce, Mahsuri Oyster Sauce and Mahsuri Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce, and stir well.
6. And then, pour some water into the wok. (Pour more if u love your noodles wet.
7. Then, insert the soy sauce, and seasoning (salt & sugar).
8. Finally, insert the noodles and chives and stir well.
9. Serve while it's hot!😉
