The 4th Anniversary : Subak Restaurant ♥

And, in a blink of eyes, it's our 4th wedding anniversary this year.

Where the times goes?!

We're so old already. (Still, with one kid, lol :p)

Izzat tried to surprised me again this year! 

Mula la perangai dia driving tanpa bagitau tempat nak pergi tu... I i kept on guessing, 'cause i suggested him a few places, i thought he choosed one place from the list i suggested him.

And he drove to somewhere familiar, somewhere we went together wayyy back then.

Subak Restaurant, still beautiful as before, and still, banyak nyamuk as before.

Yelah, nak sangat makan tepi pokok bukit bukau bagai, hadap je lah nyamuk tu...

Most importantly, the place is romantic than ever, and the term we must use nowadays is, INSTAWORTHY then ever!

Ramadhan Buffet at Subak Restaurant

We arrived around 15-20 minutes before break fasting time. 

So as we arrived, i quickly browse thru the buffet table and took some instastory out of it :p

And we took a few pictures at the usual spot.

The Menu

There were white rice and nasi arab, mihun goreng, dishes to compliment the nasi arab (dalca, ayam masak merah), and some kampung dishes such as Ikan Baung Masak Lemak, Daging Salai Masak Lemak, Pari Asam Pedas, Veges etc. (But no seafoods), there were also grilled lamb and sate.

The pastas were freshly cooked and we could choose the pasta shapes as well as the sauce. 

For beverages, there were several cold drinks.

And for desserts, there were malay kuihs such as Keria, Seri Muka, Pulut Panggang, Apam Balik etc; and assorted cakes, all were served in canape style.

Me, as usual, must berbuka with selain nasi and some kuih-muih.

Rifqi ate really a lot of bolognaise pasta, and nasi arab, and sate... Memang buncit sangat dia harini.

The ambience

What can i say, the place is just beautiful, and unique.

The table placements also not too packed so every guests could sit comfortably.

And of course there are few spots that are so instaworthy!

So i couldnt resist to take many photos here!

The Price

As for the price, it was RM75+, which, was quite pricey in my opinion, because there's no seafoods at all.

Ok, so maybe we'll come back to Subak in a few years time. #Eh .
