Last weekend, I took some times to attend an event in Sunfeet International Rehab Centre, located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
The reason why I am so interested in this event is because I, myself, always facing sakit kaki problems.
Sekejap sakit tumit, sekejap sakit lutut, and sometimes sakit tapak kaki...
That's why when I was invited to Sunfeet, I am very happy and this is just what I needed...
Do I get all the answers for my feet problems? Yes I did!
I came with zero knowledge on foot problems, and come back with lots of info. Thanks to Dato' Dr Edmund Lee, a renowned orthotics expert in Malaysia, as well as the Chief Executive Clinician at Sunfeet International Rehab Centre.

Foot Biomechanical Assessment

During the event, we managed to learn so much on foot health from the knowledge sharing session by Dato' Dr Edmund Lee himself.
I feel so honoured gotta meet him and also able to attend his sharing session.
According to Dato' Dr Edmund Lee, normally, any kind of knee pain, joint pain, heel pain or any kind of leg pain, cause by the alignment problems. Normally if we straight go to the hospital for these kind of problems, the doctors might suggest pain killer, or even worst, surgery to ease the pain and fix the problem, whereas, these kind of leg pain can be treated with the right therapy or simply with the right footwear!
Therefore, a biomechanical assessment is the starting point for understanding the cause of your problem, what treatment is needed or whether further investigations are necessary.
