This year's Raya, we celebrated our first raya in PJ first, husband's side! And then went back to Pahang afterwards...

On the second day of Raya, baru balik Segamat 💗

Gitu lah, tahun-tahun, gilir2, demi sebuah cinta, awww! ... ♡

How's ur Raya this year?

As for me, it was so exciting tau, masa balik kampung for Raya! Yelah, haven't been back to Segamat for 3 years!!!

From what we heard  from the news and our friends whose going back to Pantai Timur & Utara Malaysia, it was massive traffic jam! 

And alhamdulillah lucky for us, towards south Malaysia, the traffic was ok...

However my husband and I decided not to travel using the highway... 

So, we used the Lekas-Bahau-Rompin-Segamat route, eh lah yg sequence dia, tak ingat lalu yg mana satu dulu 😅

Raya Pertama 2020

Raya with Covid-19, how was your raya so far?

So this year my lil family is celebrating Raya with my in laws, again, due to Covid, eventho it is actually my turn to celebrate raya in my hometown. 

And Raya ONLY at home IS A MUST! 

I  urge all of my readers, to #stayhome & #staysafe as well! 

Hope everything's gonna be better, very soon, and we gotta go back to my hometown, Segamat, at least. once during this Syawal month!

Anyway, my lil family choosed Green Tea Shades for this Raya! 

Baju baru is a must, and having my husband & my son side by side, is really a blessing already...

Seminggu Beraya - 2019

Raya day-1 : Petaling Jaya

This year, we celebrated the first day of raya at my husbands side.

Our theme is gray. 

And the foods, not much, just simple usual dishes on the table.

My mom-in-law ordered some chicken rendang and sate, having them with some lemang, nasi himpit segera & kuah kacang.

After breakfast, we go to the mosque for sembahyang raya. And got back home and go beraya at some of our neighbours houses, before headed back to Pahang.

Raya Pertama 2018 ♥

As for this year, we celebrated our first day of raya in my hometown, Segamat.

We went back to Segamat on Wednesday night, so we only gotta puasa in Segamat for one day! 

One day is not enough!!! :((

Not much to do already cause we're too busy preparing for raya already.

As usual, the night before raya (malam raya lah!), mama will be very busy cooking raya foods.

And i'll be busy helping (ceh konon!) 

Yeah, yang boleh2 tolong i tolong lah, such as, tolong tengok, tolong makan, tolong membawang... :p

And potong2 sayur ke, or tolong kacaukan kuah bila mama busy benda lain ;p

Salam Aidilfitri and hello everyone!

Finally we are in the Raya month! 

It's time for me to make an update on our raya this year :)

Well, this is Rifqi's 2nd year of Raya... He is one year old this year, and we are so excited to celebrate this raya with him for the 2nd year!

 This year, we celebrated our first day of Raya with husband's family... Went back to Temerloh on the 1st raya and then went back to my kampung in Segamat on the 2nd day of raya, Temerloh and Segamat are quite near, and it so convenient... Stayed at Segamat for a few days...

My in-laws family reached my hometown on the 1st raya evening 

and spent a night in our home...♥ 

So blessed gotta spent raya with everyone... 

on our journey to visit my relatives with papa & mama...

I hope it not too late to wish whoever happens to read this post, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, maaf zahir & batin! 

So, this year raya, 1st day, I'm still in the middle of my pantang, day-41 :p

Not so pantang anymore lah... 

It just, i still wear my socks, control my foods and drinks and didn't carry anything heavy... 

In Segamat, not much, my grandma just passed away two months before ramadhan...

We just gather at my parent's house, with my aunts & uncles, have a nice meal, bersalam-salaman, berbahagi duit raya & photography sesh...

It the same thing every year, color baju je yang bertukar2... :p

But this year, as for me and husband, and Rifqi's Tok Ma & Tok Ki as well as puksu boy, it is a whole new level of happiness in our home... 

Hari Raya with fellow friends

Hari raya is the time untuk bertemu saudara mara, sahabat-sahabat and rakan-rakan sambil makan-makan, bersalaman etc. 

Thus, i would like to share some raya moments with my uni-mates...

Selamat hari raya to all my blog readers and well Syawal is leaving us and hmm, semoga masih ada hayat nak sambut Syawal next year... 

Maaf zahir batin, xoxo...

Intan's Wedding Reception

Nak dijadikan cerita, i had to work on that day (Saturday) and gotta leave my workplace at 9.30pm =.=

So, we were late but luckily the p̶a̶r̶t̶y̶  jamuan is still on ;p

#ihatemyjob :p

The most important thing is, we gotta greet the bride and the groom, g̶o̶s̶s̶i̶p̶p̶i̶n̶g̶ chit-chatting, and wefies!

It is our first raya as husband and wife. 

Here's bit and pieces of it.   

Went back to my kampung in Johor one day before raya, so, i gotta showed him how we do it in my hometown, Segamat! 

Pagi raya, the guys went to the mosque and the ladies are working in the kitchen of my grandma's house.

After Raya prayer and makan-makan sesh, it’s my family’s ritual to sit down and take turns for the bersalam-salaman session.

 Raya was tiring for me usually as after the bersalam-salaman session, my family and i will shoot to Kota Tinggi to visit my father's side grandfather, but as for this year, we just stayed in Segamat since my grandfather just passed away last year :(

So we stayed home and waited for the guests to come! 

At night, bunga api and mercun session is on! The happiest group of people must be the kids. 

But psttt my husbands seems quite excited as well about all those mercun...

We went back to Pahang & Sabak Bernam (my husband's kampung) on the 2nd of raya onwards. 

Feels so good that we're in this together now! ;) heee~

No more whatsapp-ing session or line session asking "how was your raya" anymore!
