#Recipe : Stir Fry Noodles with Beef & Mushrooms

Assalamualaikum & hi!!! 


When I gotta review Sos Tiga Rasa by Mahsuri (latest product by Mahsuri), alongside with their ever famous Sos Tiram, I already planning in my head that I would cook some kind of noodles or pasta.


And finally I choosed to try out Stir Fry Springy Noodles  (Cause springy noodles are my favourite).
Also decided to include beef and Hokto Mushroom.


Hokto Mushroom is another element that I love 'cause it is tasty & also very healthy! 
Plus, my family love it!

Making Pizza- Easy Tuna Pizza Recipe


Went to Bagus shop & walked around, saw the pizza dough and ting3x (keluar mentol), thinking of making pizza...


Pizza is so easy to make (when u have a ready-made dough)
This time 'round i made tomato based pizza


I used instant tomato based pasta sauce from prego as base, and other ingredients that I have at home... 


Ingredients that I used
⚫Olive
⚫Button mushroom 
⚫Pineapple
⚫Tuna & crabstick 
⚫Parmesan cheese as finishing (no mozarella at home)



Bake the pizza with 220℃, for around 10-15 minutes (or until it's brown)


And here we are, easy peasy delicious tuna pizza...

#ICook : Donuts

Assalamualaikum & hi.
So the thing i'm gonna update today, as simple as my title : Donuts.

Resepi Donuts istimewa sempena PKP!


Well, since the Movement Control Order being implemented, kita yang hakak2 ni, cannot be control anymore, asyik ke dapur je kije! 
That's why, as a hakak2 as well, i found my way back to all the equipments that have been kept for so long and never been used, and found my way back to the storage of some flours that i've bought like, last year (almost expired). So this is the time, to use it all! 
'Cause we can get really creative, during this hard times hehehe :p

#Resepi : Kuey Teow Goreng (Afifah style)

Assalamualaikum and hi guys!


Gosh, i love making simple dish like this, cause i love eating dishes like this!
Fried Kuey Teow is one of my very favourite! Especially with crunchy bean sprout & tomatoes inside! Yumms!

So here's the recipe for 2-3 people!

Bahan2
Kuey Teow (450g) 
Cili Boh (mine dah siap blend with bawang putih & bawang merah)
Sos tiram (2 sudu besar)
Sos Cili (2-3 sudu besar)
Udang kering (ikut keselesaan) - direndam kemudian ditumbuk
Udang basah
Fishball/fishcake/tauhu
Tauge/sawi/kucai
Tomato
Daun sup & daun bawang



Cara2 :
1. Panaskan minyak. Tumis cili boh sehingga naik bau.

2. Masukkan udang kering dan tunggu hingga kelihatan agak garing.

3. Masukkan udang/sotong/ayam/fishball/fishcake/batang sawi, dan goreng untuk seketika...

4. Masukkan sos tiram & sos cili, kemudian kacaukan rata.

5. Masukkan air dalam secawan setengah (atau lebih kalau nak kuey teow basah2, i love to put more water)...

6. Tunggu hingga mendidih, masukkan kuey teow & sayur2... Kacau rata & siap!

7. Tabur bawang goreng, daun sup & serve 'em! ♥

#Resepi : Kek Batik (Sedap sangat)

Dekat title dah tunjuk perangai vain...

Okay... The day i made this, i posted the photo of my handmade kek batik in my insta story and gosh, i reveived many feedback, "sedap..."laaa, "mintak resepi..." laaa... So i was thinking, why don't i share it here... Eventhough it's so easy to make, and the recipes can easily been google... 

But I WANT TO SHARE MINE! ;)


 Ingredients : 1 big pack of Biskut Marie, 250g butter, 2 cups of milo powder, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder(unsweetened), 1/2 can of susu pekat manis

This is my signature pasta and i love to cook it so much!

My main ingredients are pasta(any shape), sausage, mushroom(any mushroom), prego white sauce, milk, italian seasoning, and most importantly, cili padi...
The cili bring out the best of this pasta dish!

#Recipe : Mee Kari

Made Mee Kari last few weeks, It's very simple! So i would like to share the recipe here! ;)
Senang & sedap!
It just, ada few steps la, ada bahan A,B,C & D

Bahan A

1 bungkus Yellow mee
Tauge
Bawang goreng

Bahan B (Hiris)

Tauhu goreng
Daun bawang & daun sup
Cili merah
Limau kasturi

Bahan C

1/2 kg ayam
Fishcakes, fishballs and whatnot
2 sudu mkn cili kisar
3 sudu rempah kari (dibancuh dengan sikit air)
5 cawan santan
Minyak masak 
Garam

Bahan D (kisar/blend)

2 batang serai
1 inci halia
1/2 inci lengkuas (i dont have lengkuas on that day, so i didnt put it)
^6 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih...


Cara-cara
1. Tuang bahan kisar hingga wangi & masukkan rempah kari hingga pecah minyak

2. Masukkan fishcakes etc, ayam, hingga pecah minyak. Then,masukkan pula santan and perisakan dengan garam... Tunggu mendidih and kalau rajin u can kacau2 lah kuah tu k

3. Done! Kuah dah siap and hidang dengan mee!

Btw, i also fried some chicken and siat2 and eat it with the curry mee...

#Recipe : Prawn Aglio Olio


This time, i cooked this aglio olio with a twist! :p takde la twist sangat pun, saje jer... 
I just added another element and i loves this one more than ever!

As usual, u gonna need pasta, olive oil, garlic, prawns, mushrooms, herbs(i love to use basil), chili flakes and...baby anchovies(easiest ingredient to get in malaysia-ikan bilis)

So firstly,as usual, saute the garlic in the pre-heated olive oil, mix in the anchovies(just like nak goreng nasi goreng) then inserts prawns and then mushrooms,then put in the herbs, chili flakes & black pepper, and last but not least,stir in the pasta

Done!
Dont hesitate to try!!! ;)

#Recipe : Easy Nugget Wrap (Wrap orang malas)



If u're too too too lazy to cook anyhing messy on a particular day, try this! 
I made it for breakfast! one for me and one for husband... 

This is very easy to made! 
Pre-heat the oven first... Put (fried)nuggets (or fried chicken meat), scrambled eggs, fresh tomatoes, herbs and black pepper, cheddar cheese (as much as u wish), chilli sauce, mayonaise, thousand island sauce (or any sauce that u happen to have in your kitchen), and then wrap everyhting up and put them in the oven for around 15-20 minutes! 

Voila! Done! The melted cheese in the wrap was the highlight! :p 
And i also prepared fresh salads at the side to makes it looks like a healthy meal! 

Good idea for a lazy day, huh!

#Recipe : Maggi Kari Fancy


Nope, it not that fancy actually, i just gedik 'cause when i scroll my phone pictures i saw a lot of food that i cooked, simple & delicate (in my terms :p)
So i'm gonna share sedikit-sedikit :p

So girls let's change your perception towards maggi! 
Siapa kata perempuan cantik tak boleh masak *tiba-tiba* 




Aww ni senang je ni, very easy peasy!

1. Heat a lil bit of vege oil, or any oil, saute 2 cloves of garlic & 1 onion in a pot.

2. Put 2 cups of water into that pot. Let it g̶o̶  boil...

3. After the water has boiled, put in the maggi curry paste (rempah kari maggi tuuuuu haaaa) and, uhmmm wangi,,, 

4. And then insert the eggplant or any veges which is quite hard, to soften them...
p/s : I actually add on some more fish curry powder to make the soup thicker... 

5. After the vege has quite soft, insert the prawns, and lastly put in the noodles and any green veges in...

6. The last step is i masukkan telur sebiji, and terus tutup api, to ensure that the egg yolk not harden!

Done! 
So, dah2, pergi masak maggi sana! Tak mau makan kat mamak lagi k :p

#Recipe : Creamy Tomato Pasta


Assalamualaikum, hey girls or guys!
Gonna share a simple recipe here!


Well, as u can see, my favourite food is kinda pasta...
And my favourite pasta, is kinda penne! Lol!

Ok, take a deep breath, this is very simple... i cooked that for myself at home when i'm alone... :)

= Ingredients =
(for 1 serving)

1/3 pack of pasta (any pasta)
Olive oil (estimated)
2 to 3 clove of garlic (sliced)
Some chicken meat
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
(Or any veges u want or don't want to add)
2 table spoon of tomato paste
1 and half cup of milk 
Salt (of course)
Back pepper, basil or thyme or anything for seasoning


How : 

1. Boil water in a pot to cook the pasta. (Like usually you cook your pasta!) And then insert the related veges so that they are cooked a bit... Then, set aside.

2. Heat olive oil on a medium heat.

3. Stir in the garlic, and then the chicken.

4. After the chicken looks kinda cooked, insert the tomato paste and then stir 'em. Leave for 2 to 3 minutes in a small heat.

5. Then, put in the milk and stir, u'll see your sauce turning into orange color...
Wait until the sauce are boiled. Also, don't forget to add SALT...

6. Lastly, stir in the pasta & the veges just now, season them with basil or anything, and stir them until the sauce dry off...

7. The pasta is served! ;)

#Recipe : Longan Pudding with Nestle Natural Set Yogurt


Salam. Hi... This post is about, food (as stated in the title, blergh)...
Tak nak carita panjang, so what do u know bout yogurt? well, it healthy, tasty & always being my choice for quick breakfast in class! But what u just discovered is, we can just add it in our cooking, most of the dish, and tadaaaaa, your food becomes healthier! :p



The best yogurt in town is, Nestle Natural Set Yogurt

Bought it recently tau! ;p It is...
=> Love in fat
=> No sugar added 
=>Contains calcium
=> No coloring

So, now i would like to share a recipe, a dessert actually!

Longan Pudding with Nestle Natural Set Yogurt


Ingredients
Agar-agar (1 packet) ~ Susu cair (1 tin) ~ Longan in syrup (1 tin) ~ Sugar (1 cawan) ~ Nestle Natural Set Yogurt (5 sudu besar) ~ Some/Any fruits untuk hiasan (i used longan & strawberry untuk effect masam + manis!!!)

1.Mula2, masak agar2 dengan sedikit air sampai hancur di atas api perlahan. Masukkan gula & biar ia hancur juga.

2. Sambil itu, blend together longan dalam tin tadi with the YOGURT!

3. Setelah agar2 & gula dah hancur, masukkan susu cair and kacau.

4. After that masukkan pulak longan & yogurt yang dah di blend tadi.

5. Tutup api. Masukkan pudding yang telah dimasak ke dalam bekas & sejukkan.

6. Setelah agak sejuk, hiaskan sesuka hati & masukkan ke dalam refirigerator sebab ia akan jadi ermmm yummy3x sangat bila dihidangkan sejuk2!!!

#Recipe : Penne with mushroom


Hey, as usual, kalau i masak, apa lagi kan, normally and usually, i love to cook pasta
Probably because i love to eat pasta! Yes, yes i am! I love all types of pastas! And i love to constantly buy different types of pastas so that i won't get bored! ;p

This time 'round, i wanna share, my very own recipe, i dont know maybe this is someone elses recipe too, but as for this, i modified it from my last time aglio olio recipe! 
Sometimes foods means creativity! *muka berlagak* I think chef wan pun tak pernah cakap macam ni kot... it sokay whatever it is, here we are... tadaaa...

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Penne Pasta - 1/3 packet of 500g pasta 
(normal packaging in the supermarket)
Garlic - 2 cloves (sliced)
Olive oil
Milk
(I used dutch lady full cream milk this time, but sometimes i love to use HL low fat milk juga! Tapi bukan yang perisa strawberry tu..nanti rasa dia pinkish sikit...)
Broccoli
Mushroom
  (any kind of mushroom will do but this time i used the oyster mushroom)
Some shrimp
Basil


1 - First, cook the pasta till al dante, and then transfer it into a bowl...

2 - Heat the olive oil, and then stir in the garlic, shrimp, the broccoli as well as the mushroom

3 - After the shrimp turn reddish, season them with salt, black pepper and basil (u guys can also use any other herbs besides basils!)

4. Then, add in the milk, quarter or half a bottle...

5. When the milk seems boiled and thickening, stir in the pasta, and keep on string them altogether... Let it all mixed up in the pot... after some times, ready to be served! ;)

Recipe : Spghetti Aglio e Olio with shrimp


Ya know, i loves cooking lately, plus, sometimes, i will be alone at home, so it's time for me to experimenting! I've cooked a lot of things really, but simple2 one la!

I love to eat pasta and i love to cook it... Since my aunt has been requesting me to cook spaghetti this raya, and my mom was requesting for aglio olio, so, ok , we went to the supermarket and bought ingredients for aglio olio!

and i used to cooked a small portion, however today i have to cook for larger portion since there are my aunts, uncles and my cousins will be around! 

And sebab sedap la i share this recipe ok! Lol... Enjoy! :p


Ingrdients (for 10 servings)
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil / any olive oil will do
* Spaghettis - 1 1/4 packets
* Garlic - 6 cloves (sliced)
* Some shrimp
* Chili Flakes
* Button Mushroom - 1 can
* Broccoli (optional, it just, broccoli's my favourite)
* Salt & black pepper to taste
*basil


1. Firstly, cooked the spaghettis till al dante (ecewah)... Drain... 

2. Then, heat the olive oil (dont put too little because aglio olio is oil base) over medium heat and stir in the garlic and shrimp & mushroom...
p/s : jangan biarkan garlic hangus...!!!  And also wait till the shrimp turned reddish!

3. After that, season with salt & black pepper...

4. Then, mix in the cooked spaghetti and then stir them alltogether...

5. Add in the broccoli, some chili flakes (if u want it to be spicy) and also the black pepper and basil (optional, but it tasted good!)

6. Reduced the heat and keep on stirring them. Finally served when it's hot!

Recipe : Macaroni & Cheese




The tempting picture up there, yes i made it...
My mama la, sometimes dia suruh i masak something2... hmmm...I cooked this wednesday haritu...
Last time, macaroni goreng la! And sometimes, ada jugak yang xmenjadi!
Hihihi *gelak comel*

Uhhh, it not my first time to cook okay, but it my 1st time to share a recipe here! :) 

I get this recipe from allrecipes.com, but i change it a bit to suit my family's taste & the availability of the ingredients  in my kitchen. You can watch the video here(click) from Allrecipes.com!


Baked Mac & Cheese 

Ingredients.

2 tablespoon of butter ~ 1/4 chopped onion ~ 2 tablespoon flour ~ 2 cups of milk ~ 3/4 teaspoon of salt ~ 1/4 teaspoon of blackpepper ~ 1/2 packet of macaroni ~ 2 cups of mozarella cheese ~ 8 piece of American Cheese (google if u dont know), cut into strips! ~ Some mushroom & shrimp ~


1. Reheat the oven 175 degree. (Eh ye ke degree, whatever the penjodoh bilangan is lah!)

2. Melt butter over a medium heat. Saute onion for 2 minutes. Stir in flour & cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in milk, salt & pepper, cook, put the mushroom & shrimp, stirring frequently, until mixture boils & thickens

3. Meanwhile, bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni & cook for 8-10 minutes. Or drain.
(Ni dalam periuk yang lain eh! Jangan campur plak! :p)

4. To the milk mixture, add the mozarella & american cheese strips, stir until the cheese all meltz

5. Then in a baking dish, combine macaroni & cheese sauce and mix well.

6. Finally, put in in the oven~ And wait...

7. Andddd doneeee! Eh, take it out from the oven and wait for 10 minutes before serve it! DONE! ;)
