ACG Base Creator Market, Lalaport BBCC: A New Destination For Anime, Comics & Games In Malaysia

Yesterday, I gotta witnessed a very exciting launching event of ACG BASE X Zensekai. 

If you're wondering what ACG Base is and who is the main target market, this destination is specially dedicated to anime fans, this place act as their one stop centre where they can get all the merchandises, as well as having anime-themed food, everything under one roof!

The launching event and ribbon cutting ceremony was held at Mori Mory, café and retail shop located at the LaLaport BBCC mall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which sells various items including desserts, food, drinks & merchandises.

ACG BASE - destination for Anime, Comics & Games Enthusiasts

ACG BASEACG BASE, an exclusive destination for Anime, Comics & Games (ACG) developed by LaLaport BBCC and Zensekai Holding, has officially launched as the first daily ACG hub in Malaysia. 

Designed as a long-term cultural ecosystem, ACG BASE brings together a variety of shops, F&B & creators and community activities in one zone.

Unlike any other ACG events which only take place during weekend, ACG BASE operates daily, offering fans a permanent space to shop, dine and enjoy an immersive fan experience. Its launch week features exclusive IP pop-ups, a creator marketplace, theme-ed menus, official merchandise launches and interactive fan zones.

According to Zensekai Holding, ACG BASE is not just an event, it is a long-term cultural project developed to grow with the community.

As a community hub, ACG BASE will host a variety of regular activities such as monthly creator markets, cosplay meetups, fan art exhibitions, hobby gatherings, and themed fan nights. These programs aim to support local creators through accessible booth opportunities, consistent crowds, and collaboration with vendors in the zone.
