#Recipe : Penne with mushroom

Hey, as usual, kalau i masak, apa lagi kan, normally and usually, i love to cook pasta
Probably because i love to eat pasta! Yes, yes i am! I love all types of pastas! And i love to constantly buy different types of pastas so that i won't get bored! ;p

This time 'round, i wanna share, my very own recipe, i dont know maybe this is someone elses recipe too, but as for this, i modified it from my last time aglio olio recipe! 
Sometimes foods means creativity! *muka berlagak* I think chef wan pun tak pernah cakap macam ni kot... it sokay whatever it is, here we are... tadaaa...

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Penne Pasta - 1/3 packet of 500g pasta 
(normal packaging in the supermarket)
Garlic - 2 cloves (sliced)
Olive oil
(I used dutch lady full cream milk this time, but sometimes i love to use HL low fat milk juga! Tapi bukan yang perisa strawberry tu..nanti rasa dia pinkish sikit...)
  (any kind of mushroom will do but this time i used the oyster mushroom)
Some shrimp

1 - First, cook the pasta till al dante, and then transfer it into a bowl...

2 - Heat the olive oil, and then stir in the garlic, shrimp, the broccoli as well as the mushroom

3 - After the shrimp turn reddish, season them with salt, black pepper and basil (u guys can also use any other herbs besides basils!)

4. Then, add in the milk, quarter or half a bottle...

5. When the milk seems boiled and thickening, stir in the pasta, and keep on string them altogether... Let it all mixed up in the pot... after some times, ready to be served! ;)
