Seoul : Part 3 (Nami Island, Namdaemun Market, Asian Cuisine Restaurant, Makan Halal Restaurant))

Ok i think i should continue with the Seoul trip post now...
Eventhough i'm hating my previous post cause the wording was small and unadjustable, i've been adjusting them for days!
Nevermind...

18/03/2017 (Day 3)

Nami Island

A trip to Seoul wouldn't be complete without visiting this beautiful Nami Island...

Honestly speaking, this is the place i've been so eager to visit (besides pasar malam kat Myeongdong), I'm not a korean drama fan, or kpop fan, or winter sonata fan... But i've been reading about this beautiful and enchanting island, that's why i'm so excited...

How we got there :
1. For Nami, we already bought the tickets from this site
https://namisum.com/
It includes bus fares (return) and tickets to Nami Island.

2. The bus will pick us up at 9.30am at a bus stop in front of Namdaemun Market.

3. So from Itaewon, we took the subway to Yongsan Gu station which will direct us to Namdaemun Market...

We took quite a while looking for the bus stop & asking here and there. Lucky that the bus driver is waiting for us even it had past 930am. The bus tickets comes with seat numbers. So it easier to detect which seats were still no occupied and it no harm to wait for a few minutes considering the tourists might got lost, like us...

It took around one hour and half to reach there...

Arriving Nami Island

Upon arriving, we saw so many Malaysian, too many, almost half of the crowd...
It not quite cold that day. Boleh la... But of course still need to wear our jackets...

After done with fulfilling nature calls, we line up to get into the ferry...
Rifqi was asleep, so, my parents and Rifqi sat inside the ferry while my husband, my brother and i enjoying the view outside... ;)

Ber-romantika... biasalah, newlywed #eh

Creating our Own Memories - Nami Island

Upon arriving, we can see some of the trees that started to bloom telling us that spring is coming...
However, there is still a lil bit of leftout snow, for us to feel in the middle of the island...

One thing for sure, the view of this island is breathtaking... We were not managed to explore the whole island, well, we're not young anymore :p
We managed to find some good spot for pictures and then we went and watched a magic show...
Afterward, we took the train(that is provided in the island) and we were sent to a place which consists of many different restaurants.

We definitely only have one choice of halal restaurant, but the restaurant was so comfortable, the foods were good as well... Plus, they provide a very nice space for muslim to pray, or Musolla...

Rifqi, why u so excited?

On the train...

Asian Cuisine, Nami Island

This is the halal restaurant i was talking about...
Everything is completely complete in this restaurant (i use a lot of metaphor is it?)
The ambience was nice, babychair pun ada, the restaurant is huge and the foods were delicious...

Confuse lah nak order apa...

The condiments : Kichi, adik-beradik kimchi & pickels... (sorry takingat yang tengah tu apa)

Our bibimbap. My hubs and i ordered bulgogi with rice. 10000won each.

My brother and my mom ordered rice with stir fried octopus, 10000won/set as well. While my dad ordered rice with spicy chicken 10000won each, as well...

Sedapnya... have been craving for so long...

After solat, terjumpa buai ni in the restaurant, letak budak kecik ni, biasalah tak pernah naik buai baby zaman sekarang...

And we continue our journet to head back to the ferry. Our bus will pick us up at 4pm...

Along the way, romantic pictures dulu... Ok my shoes were untied...

"a mother is your first friend, your best friend, and your forever friend..."

I need you like a heart needs a beat...

One more photo... ♥

A walk to remember... ♥

The view from the ferry...

Namdaemun Market

So stressed out la... The market closed so early...
Most of the shops close at 6pm... Maybe because it still winter, and it cold...

Managed to grab a few stuffs here...
My family bought ourselves one more korea tshirt for each of us, and my husband bought a few souvenirs for his officemates...

While my mom and i bought another phone casing... I also managed to grab a white tshirt which cost 20000won and a sleepsuit for Rifqi at 20000won as well...
Mahal bak ang...

Walaupun banyak kedai dah tutup tetap macam2 iols grab ye...
Nasib baik banyak dah tutup... :p

By the way, it was a very nice market and a tourist must shop here!

Makan Halal Restaurant

Tell u what, the foods here was so yummy... So so delicous!
I really would like to recommend this restaurant for those who's gonna come to Seoul soon...

We dined here twice... (it was because the 3rd time we came, the shop was close) :(
We have tried all of the menu here... And all of them has become our favourite!
My favourite was the braised chicken, my husband loves the beef, my papa loves the grilled fish, my mom loves the octopus, my brother loves the ginseng chicken soup...

The condiments here are our favourite! Sedap sangat2, and kalau tambah, free... There were kimchi, fishcakes, seaweeds, bilis and beansprouts...
