It's a wrap for 2025, and it is a whole new beginning, for 2026!
I've been writing in this very personal space, for, a very long time. After resigning from my accounting position in 2016, and after becoming a mom, I lost track and purpose, but I never stopped writing in this blog.
Being in my own bubble, not knowing there're so much happened in this blogging world, all these years. Other bloggers are nurturing their reputations, some grown into becoming content creators as well, and utilising all the opportunities around them, while I...
I was still clueless and not knowing that blogging itself, can actually become a career, and there are so many opportunities that I've missed all these years.
2019 is the year I started to make a comeback, The opportunity came out of nowhere actually, without I was actually looking. Allah just simple made me see, a door, that I've never opened; a door that I didn't know existed.
My first ever review after the 'opened door' was a food review at Luckin Kopi (now known as Luckbros), and my first ever event was Natugee X Mrs Malaysia , ada Diana Danielle ko, masa tu! Amazed gila dah waktu tu 😝😆
There, I met other bloggers, some I known for quite some times but has seems forgotten me 😝, while some are new faces (to me) as well, but surely, they're all very experienced in doing campaigns.
2020-2022 were still a struggle to me, where not much routes for me to enter, as the barriers, were huge, too... I took up many, sponsorship campaigns (unpaid), just to build my portfolio. Benda yang tidak tidak je pun aku review masa tu...

2023 onwards, the barriers seems reduced. The existence of me, as a small blogger and content creator seems acceptable, the penetration into the market and industry seems easier this year, of course after lost of lots of networking! But the other challenge is, the rise of content creators from TikTok & Instagram were massive! So the competitions expanded, as well.
However, along the year 2023, my path becoming clearer on what I must do. My own time management also improves since Rifqi already enrolled into primary school, he spent most of his time at school and I gotta go out and attend events, create contents, and networking.

From there, 2024 became more stable for me, in being full-time blogger and content creators. Many collaborations and campaigns with local & international brands, came in. Since then, my blog and social media, especially instagram flooded with campaigns posts.
2024 brought me many opportunities in enhancing me as a brand focusing on lifestyles. Hitting launching events, reviewing fashion items, beauty products, food reviews, and more, made me seen as a focused lifestyle content creator (padahal ko takde niche sebab tu ko claim ko lifestyle... )

2025, I think I reached another milestones where I was given opportunities by akak-akak seniors, to attend press/media conferences, as media. All these while aku tau roadshows or event huha huha je, but in the year 2025 I accelerate my game...
Aku ni kan accountant, mana lah reti PC PC ni kan.
So 2025 saw me, attended Press Conferences, eventho I nganga je kat situ, but I slowly learned, how to fit in, how to manage myself when attending those kind of events, what to take note, and what to share back to my audiences... Pastu kalau orang tanya, "dari mana..." jangan jawab "dari Puchong" tau, but tell them your portal or the media you represented, I selalu jawab, "Saya blogger je ihiks ihiks..." gitu...

So that's it!
2026, I just wish that I could grow more in this whole blogging/content creating/media/affiliatte world. Hoping that the income will increase as well, since this is a freelance job, I solely depends on this. And I pray for more opportunities and may this career path flow smoothly, for me! I will never stop learning, of course!
I hope this 2026, I can inspire more, I manifest to share more! Not just campaigns, not just paid reviews, but more on myself, my experiences, personal or professional! 😚
